Returns & Refund Policy

Returns
After purchase, you have up to 30 days in which to return your order. If 30 days have since passed, then sadly, I won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

(1) Custom products such as special orders, commissions or personalised items.

(2) Items on sale.

(3) Mentoring sessions.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Before making a return please contact me so that I can help resolve any issues that you may be having and to ensure that it is returned to the correct place. In order to complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Sadly, there are some situations where only a partial refund can be granted.
This includes any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on my part.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at hello@camillemedina.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should first contact me on hello@camillemedina.com to obtain the return address and let me know of any issues that you have with your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please be sure to obtain proof of postage from the post office when sending your return. This is a free service. Please note that products sent without proof of postage that go missing will not be eligible for a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as postal services do let us down from time to time.
